The Company

Sterling Eagle Mortgage Investment Company, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, is a specialty finance company that conducts three primary lines of business: (i) a mortgage loan purchase conduit, (ii) fulfillment services for processing mortgage loans and (iii) warehouse finance and related services to small and mid-sized originators of permanent single-family mortgage loans. Our principal objectives are to expand our conduit purchase and mortgage warehouse businesses. Below is the organizational chart for Sterling Eagle:

Sterling Eagle functions as a mortgage purchase conduit and the holding company for its subsidiaries. WarehouseOne provides warehouse lines and a purchase/repurchase program to identify loans for Sterling Eagle’s purchase and to assist clients with the funding of loans.

WarehouseOne Acceptance Company I, II, III, etc. are special purpose funding vehicles designed to be bankruptcy remote, one for each of Sterling Eagle’s funding sources. SureStep Fulfillment Services, LLC is the entity through which we conduct loan processing and underwriting as an outsource service provider for warehouse clients and for our broker-to-banker program, SureStepBanker™. ValuePro, LLC is an entity that will house the vendor management services business available to clients over the Internet, where they can order flood certificates, title policies, appraisals, AVMs, BPOs and settlement services. These services are currently available to clients through SureStep.
